What the application does

The application retrieves messages from an explicitly authorized Gmail account to categorize mail, prepare summaries, and apply owner-configured organization rules. Those rules can add or remove labels and archive messages.

Automated analysis may use external AI processing services. The application keeps processing and action records to support review, troubleshooting, and recovery.

Access and control

This is a personal-use application operated by its sole account holder. It does not offer public registration or access to a mailbox through this website. Gmail access is granted through Google's OAuth consent process.

The requested Gmail permission supports reading and modifying messages and labels. Google also includes sending capabilities in that permission; sending is not part of this application's intended workflow.

The account holder can revoke authorization at any time through Google Account connections.
